So yesterday wasn’t as bad! There are still 100 cookies at work and yes, I had a few of them, but much, much less than I did on Sunday and I didn’t also eat 1,300 of my own house prepped calories.
Signed up for a personal trainer today. We hopefully start in a few weeks when their schedule clears up more and that will be helpful. Until then I’m going to focus on doing the ruck this Saturday and then start running again after that.
So today’s goal is to continue working on eating better and keeping that up. Sorry this isn’t more exciting. lol
